Helping Us Serve with Care

Kindale offers a wide variety of activities and amenities to persons with diverse abilities, all designed to enrich their quality of life. However, many of these valuable activities are not covered by the core funding we receive from our funders. Because of this, Kindale increasingly relies on donations and grants to ensure that persons served receive the quality of care and programs they truly deserve.

The Kindale Thrift Store plays an important role in supplementing this funding and is a vital part of Kindale’s overall fundraising efforts.

We are grateful for our wonderful team of staff and volunteers—including some of the persons served themselves—who help make the Thrift Store successful. Their dedication is essential in allowing us to continue offering all of our valuable services. We also sincerely appreciate the generous donations we receive from the community. Donations are accepted during regular store hours, and your contributions make a real difference.

Baby furniture of any kind

Unsealed cosmetics and toiletries

Non-working electronics

Computers, printers, and scanners

Large Furniture

Mattresses or box springs
